Terms & Conditions –

1. Booking Confirmation
   Booking will be confirmed after receiving advance payment. The balance amount must be paid before the start of the tour.
2. Cancellation Policy
   • 30 days before tour: 10% cancellation charge
   • 15–29 days before tour: 25% cancellation charge
   • 7–14 days before tour: 50% cancellation charge
   • Less than 7 days: No refund
3. Tour Itinerary
   Tour itineraries are subject to change due to weather conditions, tide timing, forest department regulations, or other unavoidable circumstances.
4. Entry Permissions
   Entry inside the Sundarbans National Park is subject to permission from the forest department.
5. Liability
   The company will not be responsible for any loss, injury, accident, delay, or damage caused by natural calamities, strikes, political disturbances, or other unforeseen situations.
6. Identification
   All guests must carry a valid government ID proof (Aadhar Card / Voter Card / Passport).
7. Food & Accommodation
   Food and accommodation will be provided as per the selected package.
8. Responsibility of Guests
   Guests must follow all rules and regulations while visiting the Sundarbans forest area and respect wildlife and nature.

 

Child Policy –

1. Children below 4 years – Complimentary (No charge) without extra bed.
2. Children 4 to 8 years – 50% of the package cost (without extra bed).
3. Children above 8 years – Full package cost will be charged.
4. Extra bed for children will be provided on request with additional charges.
5. Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety of their children during the tour
